The products offered include dietary supplements, botanical plant extracts, and nutrient combinations to support overall vitality and well-being related to auditory function and micronutrient supply. The descriptions on the respective product pages explain the contents, dosage form, and dosage instructions in detail. Photographic images are for illustrative purposes only; the actual appearance of the containers may vary slightly.

A binding purchase offer is made upon completion of the checkout process. Receipt is confirmed electronically without delay; the contract becomes legally binding once your order leaves our warehouse. If a product is out of stock or customer details cannot be verified, we reserve the right to decline the order: any payments made will be refunded immediately.

All prices are stated in EUR and include sales tax where required by law. Any shipping charges are calculated separately before the final purchase. We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer for payment. In the event of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct the error prior to dispatch and offer you the choice between confirming the order or canceling free of charge.

The images depict our botanical products. Variations in color representation may occur due to screen calibration, browser profiles, or lighting conditions; such nuances do not constitute a defect and do not grant an entitlement to a free return or refund. Weight specifications, ingredients, and quantities can be found on the respective product page.

Until the carrier delivers the package to you or a person designated by you at the delivery address, the risk of loss remains with us. Upon delivery, you assume liability for any damage or loss. Visible transit damage should ideally be reported immediately to the courier and communicated to us within 48 hours.

Returns of unused products are possible within 30 days of receipt in accordance with the specifications on the returns page. Statutory warranty rights under the German Civil Code (BGB) apply. For consumers, the limitation period for defect claims on newly manufactured goods is two years from delivery of the goods. Claims regarding shelf life and sensory product characteristics require proper, dry, and cool storage.

• Goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
• Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.
• Goods that, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
• Audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.

Klangwert Botanik GmbH has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage, up to a maximum of the total value of the respective order or the equivalent of 100 EUR. All mandatory statutory liability claims remain fully unaffected by these provisions.

Orders require a minimum age of 18 years. The extracts must be taken strictly in accordance with the label and under no circumstances replace medical diagnosis or therapy.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), provided that mandatory consumer protection regulations of the buyer's country of residence do not conflict. Should a dispute not be resolved out of court, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the provider, provided that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence do not dictate otherwise.
